Right now, we are just over 10 weeks along for those who are counting with me! I haven't written here in a month because it seems like currently all I am experiencing is being pregnant. Everyone tells me that it is a marvelous sign that I'm experiencing nausea/morning sickness all day...that it means everything is going well in the pregnancy. (I did feel fine the whole day of Friday - YAY!) At 10 weeks, according to some books, the fetus is the size of a kumquat. I had to look that up to even know what that is. I'm looking forward to the first trimester being over because I've heard the second trimester is awesome, you have lots of energy and you feel great. I can't wait!
I'm also trying to keep everything in perspective. We just visited a friend who had a baby a couple weeks ago and the baby is so tiny and perfectly proportioned. Not to rush the pregnancy or anything - but that is really what I'm looking forward to. Only 30 or so more weeks to go!
